Rate basis & restrictions:
Rates are based on 2 adults / 2 children (under age 12) / 1 vehicle, per night.
* Limit 6 persons, 2 pets*** & 2 vehicles per site.
** Limit 4 persons in wagons, cabins or Coach House. NO PETS OR SMOKING allowed in and around rental units.
Holiday weekends require three nights' reservation.
We are unable to guarantee specific sites. All reservations require a one night deposit.

*** Due to new regulations imposed by our insurance company we are required to have very strict rules regarding dogs, and need to limit sizes and breeds of dogs. Please inquire if you have ANY questions.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 30 days notice - Full Deposit Refund
- 30 days - 8 days notice - $15.00 Processing Fee
- 7 days notice or less - No Deposit Refund
